Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy

At AnimeFigure Hub, we are dedicated to ensuring our fellow Otakus receive their holy-grail items in perfect condition. Because we operate exclusively as a Web3/Cryptocurrency-powered platform and ship rare collectibles globally, please read our policies carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@animefigurehub.shop.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number is generated, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
  • Cancellation Refunds: For successfully canceled pre-shipped orders, the refund will be processed and credited back to your wallet within 2-8 business days.

2. Replacements & Damaged Items

To maintain fair pricing and protect our genuine community from fraud, we only offer replacements/refunds in the following two scenarios:

  1. You received a physically damaged product/box during transit.
  2. You received the wrong product entirely.

⚠️ Strict Eligibility Requirement (The Unboxing Video)

To claim a replacement, you MUST provide a clear, unedited, continuous video of the package being opened.

  • The video must start before the outer shipping box is opened or taped seals are broken.
  • The shipping label (including the tracking number and addresses) must be clearly visible and legible in the video.
  • No Video = No Exceptions. Without this unedited visual proof, we cannot verify the issue with our courier partners and will be unable to issue a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Replacement:

Please contact us at support@animefigurehub.shop within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered. Your email must include:

  • Your Order Number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • The raw unboxing video file (or a link to view it)

3. Cryptocurrency Payment & Refund Disclaimer (Crucial)

  • Accepted Currencies: AnimeFigure Hub is a modern, privacy-focused platform. We exclusively accept settled payments in cryptocurrencies, supporting USDT (ERC20 & TRC20), BTC, ETH, TRX, BNB, and other major digital assets.
  • USD Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are pegged to US Dollars (USD).
  • Crypto Refund Rate Market Rule: In the event of a successful refund (due to approved cancellation or damage), the refund amount will be calculated based on the exact USD value of the item at the time of purchase. We do not refund based on token quantities. For example, if you paid 0.01 BTC when BTC was worth $100, and BTC is now worth $200, your refund will be the equivalent of $100 USD in crypto, not 0.01 BTC.
  • Network Fees: Please note that any blockchain network transaction fees (Gas fees) incurred during the refund transfer may be deducted from the total refund amount.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • 100% Free Global Shipping: We provide free international shipping on all orders worldwide, with all local customs duties and import taxes pre-paid (DDP).
  • Handling Time: Your order will be securely packed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Tracking Info: Delivery details and your unique international tracking link will be sent directly to your registered email or mobile number upon dispatch.
  • Delivery Timelines: While we ship within stipulated timelines, final delivery is subject to international courier partners and custom clearance. Shipping generally takes anywhere between 7 to 25 business days depending on your location (US, Canada, Europe, etc.).
